Dr. Fisk is a board-certified Diplomate of the International Academy of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine.

He has been serving patients in Las Vegas since moving here in 2008.

In addition to regular daily patient care, he performs impairment ratings, independent medical exams, DOT/CDL physicals and records reviews.

Dr. Fisk is listed on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. He has completed training to conduct impairment ratings using the 5th and 6th editions of the AMA Guides and he has also completed training and certification in the evaluation and management of concussive head injuries.

Dr. Fisk is the clinical director for the North Las Vegas location of Advanced Spine & Rehabilitation.
